New Composting Program in LKSKI

Research Facilities is pleased to announce the launch of the composting program in LKSKI. Starting Friday, December 8^th, composting bins will now be available in the common areas of LKSKI. The bins have been fitted with informative posters that show what types of organic waste should go into the new bins.

In addition, we are also raising awareness about our recycling program. New bins and posters have also been installed throughout the building to help us easily identify recyclable materials.

With your help, this initiative will help us achieve our goal of reducing our environmental footprint and our building’s landfill waste. In the coming weeks and months, Research Facilities will be conducting waste audits to evaluate and improve the program.
